If you wonder why Jokic doesn't contest with his slow frame it's because he gets whistles like this

Here is a crazy stat. OKC currently has a Post-Season SRS of 13.9, which is just ahead of the 2018 GSW and 2014 Spurs, right behind the 2016 Cavaliers.

OKC deserve to trade for KD if they lose this series.

Very happy the Nuggets won tonight. Not technically a "Nuggets fan", but I am a big fan of the Jokic and the Nuggets, if that makes sense, so I'm pulling hard for them on Sunday. Hope Gordon is ok and can go - he matters on both sides of the court, so losing him would be a big loss, and it would be a terrible shame for the series to be decided by an injury.

I really want DEN/MIN and NYK/IND. A rematch of last year's second round in the WCF and a re-match of last year's second round in the ECF(and with huge historical context)? Come on!

They didn't challenge, they can't challenge these, while it's obviiusely not a foul, there was a tiny incedintal contact, you don't know what they'll say in the review center.
I've seen foul calls stand after review without any contact because there is no conclusive evidence there wasn't comtact.

This Aaron Gordon injury complicates things significantly. If he were healthy I’d take Denver + no question. But hamstring injuries, even strained ones only go one way— they sideline you. Even if he plays, I doubt that he will be effective. It makes me angry that this turn of events might decide this great series.

Yeah, no offense to OKC, but I'm just not the biggest fan of how they play basketball. Personally rather have Denver advance.

Denver/Minnesota is also one of the most underrated rivalries in the league currently. If Denver advances, it would be the third time in a row they met in the playoffs. Every game they play is crazy competitive.

Next game will determine who the MVP is and who the fraud is.

Applies to SGA only who was selected for MVP. Home game with a better surrounding players. Jokic already has a title so not as much to prove.

Ah yes, the patented "last year determines this year's MVP"

I feel bad for Lakers fans. They have to watch their fathers fight.

I'm bummed about AG. If it's a hamstring, there's just no way feasible way he can play on Sunday. Even with a day off.

I hope it's something completely minor, but it looked like a strain similar to Curry. A shame another injury happens in a great series. Too many in other series these playoffs.

You like their chances in game 7?

Not really. It's fun that they've gotten this far, but I know their limitations. I won't be surprised if they win game 7, because the pressure is going to be high, but role players do play better at home and they're a deeper team.

I feel the same way. I think in order for OKC to actually lose It would take a situation like the Suns against the Mavs in 2022 where they just completely freeze up and fold from the pressure

with the exception of game 2, all games have been close enough that any result is possible. The Nuggets had healthy margin in each 4th quarter of the last three games. You can't be surprised if they end up winning.

I still suspect that they would have mor of a bench if Malone managed his rotation differently, during the year. Possibly avoiding pi$$ing contests with Booth.

The alternative, in the real world, is that both are elite top 3-4 players in the world and the likelihood is that it’ll be the others who decide who wins game 7.

Interesting to see who you have higher if these two are around 3-4? No hate, just curious.
