Pacers can't beat a healthy opponent--either Cleveland or New York. I mean, we were up 2-0 last year against them before our third starter got injured. Sad that the Cavs are dealing with injuries now, but if we get by Boston and still have everyone healthy, I think we sweep the Pacers.

Having watched a lot of them, I disagree in a big way. Boston doesn’t have anyone who plays as hard as Nembhard or Nesmith, and there is no quit in the Pacers like there is the Celtics.

We’re better than they are, but they are a tough ass opponent and I’d rather play the Cavs even if they got healthy.

Just like how the Celtics were gonna destroy the Knicks in 4, maybe 5 games. Yea, yea we heard that before. All the RealGM experts were saying that the Knicks beating Detroit doesn't matter because Boston was gonna crush the winner of the two teams.

OKC is better than Boston. Have been all season. The Celtics are better than the Knicks, they've just put on two of the biggest 4th Qtr chokes I've seen in a long time and given both games away with their incessant 3-point chucking.

Judging playoff performance is better than regular season performance assumptions. We are seeing that the Celts are not better than the Knicks when it matters, and the Nuggets have proven that OKC is also beatable.

tbh the best basketball of the round has been played between indiana and cleveland. i'd say it's not a strecth to say indiana has played the best basketball of these playoffs.

I was certainly a Towns skeptic, but he’s doing everything he needs to to win me over. He’s really stepped up for us as the year has gone on; making big boy plays on the boards & even defensively, going to work offensively when we’ve needed him to carry things for a bit, happily just providing unreal spacing when we haven’t needed him to go off, without his lack of involvement Impacting his effort elsewhere, and just generally being a great locker room fit on Brunson’s team.

If Karl could ever fix the foul problems, I would be absolutely thrilled with him…even with his limitations as a rim protector…but I suspect that’ll never happen; especially not with the way NBA refs officiate bigs who are getting defended by smalls.

Based on the way this the Knicks have been playing I’d say they definitely are legit contenders. People seem to keep doubting Brunson but dude is a 2 time NCAA champion. He knows how to win and how to lead a team to a championship.

As brilliant as Brunson is, idk about a small 1 taking a team all the way. Even with a pretty great supporting cast, the Knicks are going to fall plenty short.

It should be an interesting front office battle for depth this offseason. Many high-profile teams desperately need it.
