Someone started cutting onions in my living room like late 3Q when it all got real.

You were down the hardest when we were down and to see you going so hard is gratifying AF.

I got emotional towards the end of Q2. By Q3 I was already riding high. We weren't losing.

Bro, what you don’t know is that I agonized over a courtside seat and flights to that insane Portland game and I was planning to PM you if I went.

Last minute lost my nerve and regretted it so hard. I got to see Game 4 live with that money so all is healed.

Oh wow. Yeah, that was a pretty epic game but G4 was better.

I honestly think Mitch played like the DPOY in this series.

Mobley was never as good as this during the regular season.

102.5 defensive rating in 20 minutes per game against the Celtics, one of the best offenses in NBA history. 99.4 after 4 games, so this preceded the Tatum injury.

These numbers are absolutely insane.

Unbelievable.

His ability to switch onto the Celtics guards and wings while also being able to grab boards down low to end possessions was absolutely insane this series. I don't think people grasp how hard it is for an offense to scheme around a 7 footer who can credibly switch onto their best initiators while also being able to bang down low...


Mazzulla wasn't just fouling him because he can't shoot but he wanted him off the floor because he was a one man wrecking crew for everything the Celtics wanted to accomplish on offense.

There's a reason why Thibs always takes time to praise him in press conferences and why the FO stayed patient with him. He's such a difference maker defensively for this team. And again I'm someone who wanted him traded for the best wing we could get. I'm happy to be wrong.

Just looked at the boxsxore 4 starter with 20points and that freak jHart with a triple double.

No one is beating us when we're on like that. Knicks would pack the Pantheon up in 6.

That's the 3rd time that has happened in the playoffs, 4 guys with 20 or more. I think we're the only team that has that kind of firepower, our two 3 & D wings can score 20 on you, while our elite scorer can hit you for 30+, and his sidekick will get you an awkward looking but stable 20-25.

Bro, I dont know what to make of kat he is like Randle evolved. He does dumb Randle sht but is vastly more talented. I blame all you 5 out freaks for this curse. You all hated on Randle and we ended up with a better version of him that is more likable. He had a great game yet it was nails. Airballing a middy than driving through the lane for 2 the next play. Mf doesnt respect my fragile emotions

He's averaging 20/11/1/1 for the playoffs, it may not be pretty at times with him rumbling and stumbling, but even when he's off the ball he needs to be respected and accounted for at all times. We've already been further with him than we have before, so whatever he's cooking may look funky, but it tastes good. He has his warts, but considering how good the Celtics were defensively, how they were basically defending him with a 1 man zone, and he still had an impact on offense, all his stupid ass fouls are worth it.

The most impressive thing about this game is that Brunson didn’t need to do it by himself. All-around team effort in the biggest game of the year. They set the tone early with their defense and eventually, the shots started falling. Awesome victory.
