Manfred has reinstated Pete Rose, Shoeless Joe Jackson, and a bunch of other dead all-timers from the ineligible list.

The 2023 managers of the year were Brandon Hyde and Skip Schumaker.

18 months later, you won't find either managing.

The 2022 managers of the year were Buck Showalter and Terry Francona.

30 months later, Showalter isn't managing and Francona isn't in Cleveland.

Murphy won't get fired this year but I could see him stepping down. I don't know what else he could do between injuries and the abysmal roster. But hey we have good prospects who may or may not pan out.

I think Murph will be fine this year, even if they collapse. But I could see him moving on, either voluntarily or from being fired after the 2026 season

Yup he's 66 and popular. He'll retire most likely this year or next. I'm sure there was already an agreement in place for Weeks to take over in 2-3 years. Murph is a die hard baseball guy though and he may want to stay on longer. I'm fine with that.

Segura ended up having a nice career. I remember him being pretty successful initially with us and kind of tapered off. If I recall right he may have been going through some pretty tough personal stuff towards end of his run here (felt lost a kid?). Also was kind of lost in that transition period where that Prince/Braun era was on the downswing. But ended up with a very nice long career with success.
