Scoring points when your team is up 20 is a page right out of LeSteroid’s play book. SGA fans are acting just like the Bron stans.

You really woke up at 6am on Monday morning, heard the birds chirping, had an opportunity to set up for success this week… and instead immediately navigated to the internet to type this bizarre comment about “sexuals” on a basketball forum. Well done

Jokic is still the best player in the world. This is just result oriented stuff like always.

This is exactly why players started wanting to go out and form big 3s and why they don't care about RS or all-star games.

Give SGA that cast and see what crown he gets. Maybe the crown of the play-in king.

No more Jokic MVP talk. The correct player got it and just proved it in a series against the other. It can’t get clearer than that.
:o LeBron is 0-7 in game winning/tying FGs in the finals. And is 20/116 or 17% in game winning/tying FGs in the 4th/OT for his career. That's historically bad :o

The Nuggets would have averaged 85 points in this series with Wemby. The final four will all be top 9 offenses. Knicks 5th, OKC 2nd, Minny 8th, Pacers 9th. Nuggets would have likely been swept with Wemby.

I'm just saying they win game 7.

Also, what happened to your Lakers/Mavs WCF prediction?

Lakers had no center, Reddick got exposed (still think he'll be a great coach), and Luka was fat and unserious. Mavs, that was just a long shot.

I don't think you can switch them, because Denver would have no center, while Thunder would suddenly have 3 and a half. However, Thunder mainly won by brutalizing Denver inside. Jokic is the Center and provided no resistance at all, even when Thunder went small, they got whatever they wanted at the rim, right around Jokic. If you replace Jokic with Wemby, the Nuggets win this game, and that is a second year player. So this loss has to be on Joker, on defense alone. And he was also a liability offensively, so he ended up giving you nothing.

Caruso
Dort
Jal. Williams
Chet
Jokic

Would destroy

Murray
SGA
MPJ
Gordon
DeAndre Jordan

Only one of those guys didn't see a single minute this playoff. Any team with DeAndre playing is getting destroyed so it's a non sensical comparison. Might as well replace DeAndre with skip bayless on court and they'd have the same chance winning too.

How? They scored 93 with Jokic in this game. With Wemby, they might score 80, or below 80. You cannot stop modern NBA offenses to that degree, not even Wemby. Offense is much more important in today's game than defense, not only it's not 50-50, it's probably nowhere near 50-50. It's closer to 65-35 right now.

You can add them Hartenstein, they are still getting destroyed. Heck, if you did nothing else, but subtract Caruso from OKC and add him to Denver, the Nuggets very likely win this series in 6.

OP, don't you have something better to do than embarrassing yourself on a message board over and over again? This isn't even half-decent trolling at this point, it's just a sad obsession.

He does things impossible on a regular

Jokic basically gave you nothing on offense this game. He kept demanding the ball while being swarmed by doubles, just killing the clock or turning it over. The Nuggets offense completely collapsed once OKC started putting smalls on him and he began forcing possessions. Whether it was him, Westbrook, or someone else, it almost always ended in a turnover or a broken play.

He finished with only 20 points, and it was a rough 20. Wemby could give you that. Meanwhile, OKC did most of their damage right at the rim—Wemby would have erased a lot of those looks. Jokic gave zero resistance defensively.

So in a game where Jokic was a net negative on offense and provided no defense, it’s fair to say Wemby’s defense alone would have transformed the game.

You'd be saying Jokic is the best even if prime Lebron, MJ and Shaq were playing in the league along side him.

Jokic basically gave you nothing on offense this game.

Here is a tip - a big part of competent trolling is not making it this obvious. Do better.

20 points, 5 turnovers, 9 shots. Those are basically nothing by superstar standards. He scored 1 point more than Christian Braun with 3 more turnovers.

That’s another example of Jokic’s weak supporting cast where you can compare his backup to Skip Bayless.

Deandre doesn't play though so it has zero affect on the team on the court. The team that actually plays is all-time good. Malevy Leons sucks too, so does that mean Thunder bench sucks?
