Ya they're not going to win going small vs. OKC, Gobert provides some sort of advantage, and potentially makes it easier on whoever is guarding Shai. Minnesota could try funneling Shai into him.

MIN in their fear of too many turnovers slowed the game down, but slowed it down way too much. Too much standing around, backing down in the post, doing nothing for 10s of the clock.

Yes they got a lot of open looks but they came from very static action and allowed OKC to come and challenge. So many transition opportunities also given up by just slowing it down for nothing.

The Wolves are playing like a veteran team that hasn't gotten over the hump whose past failures are in their heads.

The Thunder are playing like a young team, loose and aware that it isn't now or never for them.

you simply cannot overcome low BBIQ this deep into the playoffs. Doesn't matter what Randle brings in the rare games he scores well because every other game and even those, it's offset by truly stupid play on both ends.
