I feel the same way about him as I did Melo in 2020. If the obvious guys are gone (to me that's just Flagg, Harper or VJ) you have to bet on the talent but I am scared stiff he's going to be a mega bust. On the bright side, the Melo pick did basically work out. I just hate that after such an awful season a total roll of the dice is all we've got to show.

Tre Johnson just isn't enough of a playmaker for me to ignore his defensive issues. I don't know if I trust him to play better D in the NBA. I need more than just shooting to take a player in the top 5.

So as much as I dislike Ace Bailey's you miss all the shots you don't take attitude, he at least has shown the ability to be special on both ends of the court. That's the kind of superstar player we need.
