I wasn't quite sure who I was going to root for between the Thunder and the Wolves until I started watching the game. Seeing the way the Thunder is officiated versus the way everyone else is officiated pretty much sealed that I'll be rooting for the Wolves even though I think there's a good chance they get swept.

The amount of contact they got away with versus the nuggets as carried over to this series as well. But the files they were calling for SGA last night work just ridiculous.

The league deserves a Brunson vs SGA finals with both shooting 20 fta a game.

Congrats to the second Charlotte Hornets MVP in history, commemorating the stupidity of the franchise to trade not 1, but TWO future MVP’s on draft night.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I’m a big Pat Mcafee fan and Hali is on there a good bit. Big fan. Pacers are winning it all.

Pacers have been an elite franchise for a long time. What they are able to do without ever tanking or ever getting really high draft picks is so impressive. They do pretty much everything well as a franchise.

Luck certainly plays a part, like Hali going #12 in his draft when the Knicks could've grabbed him at #8. Something about not being athletic enough or something.

I fondly remember trying to argue that Melo was better than Haliburton a couple years ago.

I do think LaMelo is slightly more talented, but Haliburtons intangibles are so much better.

Haliburton is better than LaMelo, but it is mainly because the Pacers have given him the support to win and experience what it is like to find playoff success. They are in the ECF back to back years, traded 3 firsts for Siakam and overall attempted to win games with that group.

Hornets have done nothing, hoarded picks and then wondered why we don't find the same success while putting in 30% less effort and taking 80% chances of risk.

If Shai and Hali end up advancing that's two #12 picks leading their teams to the Finals. (Shai was picked #11 but got traded for the 12th pick by some dumbass FO.)

The optimistic side of me (yes, I have one. It is small and feeble) says we could totally be Indiana if we got healthy and signed some half decent role players.

It's possible to win, maybe not to the Finals but whatever, with just two tier 2 stars (Halibruton/Siakam. For us, Melo hopefully Miller/#4) and quality role players.

Feels like Carlisle has been a great coach for at about 20 years at least. He did good things in his previous stint at Indiana, Championship at Dallas now back at Indiana doing it. Putting Brunson in a torture chamber making him play defense.

Feels like he goes under the radar a little as a great coach
