The synergy / coincidence / fate or whatever you call it of the Pacers having perhaps the biggest CHOKE job I've ever seen in the Playoffs last year in Game 1 vs. Boston ... to then rebounding and probably surpassing that in creating the biggest choke up for the Knicks in game 1 of the Conference Finals the next year is CRAZY

There’s a bunch of oh they missed this call or that call, it happens all throughout the game… every game.

The Knicks simply collapsed the last few minutes of the game and the Pacers took advantage. Playing drop coverage that led to 3 3s, Hart getting beat back door, and the dumbest defensive scheme to not pressure the inbounder with Mitch…. The defensive side of the ball failed the Knicks tonight

KAT and Brunson aren’t going to play this well the whole series either, and lol at ignoring the fact that the Celtics couldn’t hit the broadside of the barn in the first 2 games of the series which is why they went down 0-2 in the first place.

I have been on record all playoffs saying that anyone expecting them to shoot 45% from 3 doesn't watch them and doesn't know basketball. last playoffs they shot progressively worse in each round of the playoffs yet took the same amount of 3's. it's obvious that they were going to keep shooting them but make less. history already showed us

they just didn't have any competition good enough to capitalize on that last year. this year they had us.

brunson and kat will certainly continue to get theirs against this team. they have nobody who can guard either one. watch and see.

Complaining about missed calls is lame. Especially since Brunson wasn’t even playing basketball at one point, he was just throwing himself into defenders and going to the FT line in OT. And the Pacers have a legit gripe about a lot of no calls that put them in that deficit in the first place.

Brunson is a great young player.. but he works so hard to score points that an overtime game will absolutely do him in. That said I know if I'm a Knicks fan (which I'm not) they're better off losing now than in the Finals because those guys in Oklahoma will give Brunson a lot of trouble.

Charles isn't a great analyst but it is every other day for this series. It is going to be real tough running a 7 man rotation.

I love the "Jobs not finished" vibe of the Indiana locker room too. Seriously focused team. It's just game 1 though, Knicks will be back.

Knicks did look absolutely gassed at the end though, which was the concern coming in. Do they extend their rotation a bit?

Cardiac Pacers! Big to steal one in the Garden. Even better the Knicks short rotation had to play extra minutes tonight. I still think the Knicks are the better team but now there a good chance we have a helluva series and I think the deeper it goes the more the Indiana depth can pay off.
