Took a historic shooting performance from Nesmith to make the crazy comeback. That wouldn't happen again if they ran it in a simulator 100 times. 1 out of 100 performance. Props to him though.

Hopefully it's a sign that the Knicks will be alright and handle business if it took that kind of performance for the Pacers to be able to come back and win.

You’re not wrong. But Knicks were also in the position because of their bench. 3 of the starters were negative +/- and Brunson was a team worst -11 with a >minute to go. Can we count on the Knicks bench to perform like that again? Will Thibs even give them the opportunity?

Seriously doubing my Knicks’ series bet now. That choke was painful to watch and we’re just basketball fans. Mentally, that should be deflating for Brunson and every Knicks player out there.

I like Hailburton as a player and he seems like a really good guy but holy hell is he annoying on the court, makes me root hard for the Knicks. Guy is throwing up the choke hold after hitting a lucky shot that tied the game. Par for the course with Hali

Carlisle has balls of steel to play it out at the end and not foul up 3

Carlisle absolutely has balls of steel.

His in-game adjustmens worked like a charm as well. To bring Ben Sheppard in the game for the first time in the 4th quarter and then to go small against New York's big lineup were two adjustments that worked way better than expected.

I felt Sheppard was better than Mathurin

He was. He made a heck of a pass under pressure to Nesmith for one of his 3s.

No denying his clutchness, though. Each game winner/tyer more ridiculous than the last.
