I agree that it shouldn’t be banned. If you don’t like the play then figure out how to stop it. Also learn how to use it effective draft players that can run it. It’s not like the Eagles are the only team allowed to run the play.

Honestly, I don’t really care anymore. I don’t think it should be banned but if it’s banned then whatever. The pushing part of the players behind the QB isn’t even the most important part of the play, it’s more of a last resort thing if the QB is stopped short.

The OL is the most important part. Other teams have tried and failed but they don’t have their QB that is capable of squatting 600lbs running behind Landon Dickerson and Jordan mailata.

It will be banned at some point. The league eventually will see that it does.

All to get medals in flag **** football?

an olympic medal is a pretty big deal

Maybe. But there are a lot of junk Olympic sports. In fact they get rid of some sports from Olympics to Olympics.

In any event, only one country plays American football seriously so what is the point?

I'm sure there will be some athletes who couldn't make it in the Olympics in some other sports try to pick this up. Like the Jamaican bobsledders, they weren't competitive but they got to go to the Olympics and get sponsorships to do so.

I agree, at some point it is going to be banned. They are pushing too hard to ban it, they will succeed at some point.

A gold medalist in track and field, swimming or basketball are looked at differently than say synchronized swimming or curling.

There are glamor sports and there are sports which make fans scratch their heads.

People who want to become Olympians dedicate years of their lives for fame and monetizing off their performance. NFL players playing flag football, maybe they'll get a commercial or two but nobody will take it seriously.

If you want to see how serious players were, watch Court of Gold. Not just the superstars on Team USA, who didn't want to lose and be embarrassed but people like Wemby and Jokic, who almost beat USA.

She's not a champion. She is a breakdancing "researcher" who used her connections to take Australia's spot to compete in the Olympics.

You know, I think she placed last but I also think she’s the one that most people talk about.lol I have no idea who the other contestants were or what their performance looked like.
