Brewers/Pirates Series

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Wed May 21, 2025 8:48 pm

Thursday - 5:40 - TBA (likely Rodriguez) vs. Mlodzinski
Friday - 5:40 - Peralta vs. Skenes (should be fun)
Saturday - 3:05 - Priester vs. Keller
Sunday - 12:35 - Henderson vs. Falter
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Gotta take atleast 3 of 4 in this series. Would guess a roster move or two is coming to get some fresh arms in the bullpen

Agree on needing 3 of 4, but I feel a split is most likely the way things are going.

Pirates haven't scored more than 4 runs in a month...

As someone who follows the minors closely, What is Rodriguez’s floor and/or ceiling you feel?

Ceiling of a #4, but more likely a career AAAA type. I don't think he's got the pure out getter stuff to work as a reliever, or the command to work as a starter. I've never really been high on him. But who knows? He's in the right organization to develop and he's still young.
