It's been amazing since the Blazers have been bad. My buddy and I have been getting good 100 level seats for like $150 a pop every year. Last year we were four rows up in the corner for that price. We were a little more center this year and further back. There's actually a pretty large contingent of Knicks fans who go. Maybe a quarter of the stands. When they were humming with Lillard things were way more expensive but I'd also go to see the Blazers because I wanted to see the Blazers.

Also, the food options at Moda are legit awesome.

I'd be a bit concerned if I were a Knicks fan. The Pacers play a deep rotation and come at you for a full 48 minutes. They play hard and usually have fresh bodies on the court.

Thibs runs a tight 7-man rotation, occasionally sprinkling in Precious or Payne, but it’s essentially a flat 7. Towns, OG, Brunson, and Mitchell looked absolutely gassed last night—and it’s only Game 1.

The Knicks also had a much tougher road to get here. Let’s be honest: they won their first two series, but they easily could’ve lost both. Meanwhile, the Pacers have had a relatively easier path in terms of the grind and number of games. They also look like a very confident team right now, believing they can beat anybody.

It was a 1 in 1000 victory. They will need 3 more to beat us.

Every team we play will be deeper than us with a better coach than us but our 1-5 talent is greater than all of the teams left. That alone will win us this series. They played great ball and it got them down 14 with 2 minutes to go before a miracle happened. Miracles won’t happen every game but their poor defense will continue. Their defense will be a constant. I’m not worried about it.

They played poorly the first 44 min of the game then the Pacers went Yard! If the Pacer play their game from start to finish they're gonna run the Knicks to death. I'm not saying it's over or anything, but right now it's Pacers in 6. I did get the first 2 rounds correct. A lot of this depends on health, but the Pacers are deep and strong at 10 deep.

They shot like 65% in the first half when were they playing poorly? Like I’ve been saying they played well and they were still down 14 and just had a miracle happen.

Pacers favored to win the series now. I like their chances even if it gets to a game 7. Just like last season they have New York's number.

Why is there always excuses about injuries on this forum? The Celtics were all injured last round with Brown having a knee issue, Porzingis barely able to go because of a viral issue, and Tatum eventually getting hurt. That doesn't take anything away from the Knicks winning that series. Lets not make excuses for why teams lose. Injuries aren't why the Pacers beat the Knicks last season.

Some teams just play other teams better regardless of who's out there. That's what I feel about Indiana, so that comment was made moreso as a general statement of this group of Pacers core and their ability to match up well with the Knicks.

What excuses lol? You brought up last year’s series, so I just wanted to clarify whether you were implying that the Knicks would lose their starting frontcourt by the end of game 3, or if you just brought that up for no reason

If you're going to use last season's series to predict how this series will go, how could it not? They beat us fair and square last year, but as we saw last round, details matter. You killed us without Robinson and with Thibs running very traditional schemes. Once we got our top 7 healthy, Thibs let our wings lose, and KP got sick again, everything changed and we were the team in control.

They "had our number last year" after Anunoby joined Randle & Robinson on the injured list. So if you're using that to prognosticate the future, you must be assuming that Towns, Robinson, and Anunoby will get hurt before the end of game 3...with Hart and Brunson joining them by the end of the series. Nevermind that both teams are a lot better than they were when they met last year, so taking too much from that series would be silly.

Siakam is much better integrated this year, Nesmith has been on fire all season, Haliburton has turned into a killer, and that group as a whole has learned how to handle late game scenarios a lot better than when they pissed themselves against you last year. We've got our All-NBA bigman healthy this time around, we have our elite defensive anchor healthy, we replaced DDV's 3ball with Mikal's defense & midrange game, Thibs has continued to learn & improve, and this team is even more resilient after the Pistons series forced them too toughen up.
