Deanthony Melton would be a good FA to look at, he’s unrestricted right? Coming off major injury he could be on the cheaper side and be a low risk high reward signing.

KPJ/Melton/Rollins is a real nice trio to play pseudo PG with Giannis in a faster paced offense.

With all the analytics now days, whomever the people are in our department for that kind of role need to research some formula of what under the radar and overlooked guys fit really well with Giannis. Some of the answers found might even end up being “scrubs” or perceived that way. That is one way to tackle this off season imp

I think we're underrating the possibility of Horst scouring the league to see if we could bring back a piece with this pick that'd get Giannis to buy in.

Yes saving 2031 and the 2032 swap to trade in a bigger bundle of picks next offseason could be the move for any number of reasons -- the least of which being that Giannis can sign an extension in tandem.

But even then it's not like this would be the first time the Bucks made a bad move at Giannis' behest either!

Horst traded the farm for Jrue before Giannis was locked in for that matter.

If Horst trades it again, the lesson at least needs to be to acquire someone young enough that could play w/ Giannis more than a couple yrs, & actually has re-trade value. Last 2 times he got old, and older.

He most likely trades dame for beal

Not sure how people don’t understand Beal will not wave his no trade clause under any circumstances outside of maybe an additional max extension.

Beal gives no **** whether he's wanted or not. He's a desert dweller now. Cash checks and get sun.

Charlotte's a perfectly fine, albeit fairly boring, city IMO. Honestly I don't think I would really mind any of the NBA cities. Definitely would have a few preferences though. Would much rather be in Charlotte than NYC or LA or Dallas at least.

I just don't think Beal really wants to move again. They basically had to force him out of Washington. I think he prefers to have roots somewhere.

I'll always be a little bummed by the way Beal gets talked about because he was such an awesome guy in the DC area, particularly in my neighborhood where he built a really nice basketball court/tennis/pool complex and built tight relationships with a lot of the local businesses.

Vibes would change fast if Doc’s reign were to end.

Giannis and Horst joint presser saying he’s staying beginning a sequence where Doc is out or ‘elevated’ to a ceremonial role makes a whole lot else possible.

Bucky of course. Best QB in program history. I would’ve gone to his birthday party.

I wouldn't want to live in any of these states with horrendous education systems. You could pay me enough to live in the state of Oklahoma in 2025, but it would have to be Castle-with-a-drawbridge money.

This might be crazy, but I've really enjoyed watching Kentucky during the draft process and I'd have to interview Bucks Legend and Former NBA Player Mark Pope if we reassign Doc.

You don't waste a new coach on a punt year. 2025/26 is all about taking their cap lumps and readying their run at re-tooling with a new HC, new roster, and new system in '26/27

So get a coach and don't punt.

I bet if the MVP voting was ranked choice, Giannis would have 4-5 of them by now.

I think if a deal for Jrue and us happens, we’d need to send them pat which would allow them to duck the 2nd apron, and we’d get their 26 first out of it.

To take on that much salary, we’d need to send Dame to a third team.

Couple options:
Mke: Lauri, Jrue
Bos: Pat
Uta: Dame, ‘26 1st, ‘31 1st

Mke: Cam, Claxton, Jrue
Bos: Pat
Bkn: Dame, ‘26 1st, ‘31 1st

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
