The Minnesota Timberwolves have one of the loudest stadiums in the NBA (actually something that dates back to the KG days... though there was a gap period). General attitude among Timberwolves fans is that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a massive flopper (the extent to which that is fair doesn't really matter), so he's kind of on the **** list.

I mean the Thunder crowd is louder and they offer some respect.

The customers are the problem. ESPN would focus on strategy and the teams. They do for the other sports they hold media rights too. They don't for the NBA because NBA fans prefers SAS/Perk/Skip/Windhorst style coverage.

ATT&T's ability to double down on cringe ads is fascinating to me.

I don't understand how they stumbled on another wet fart of an ad like that. I would hope that they hired a different creative agency but it doesn't seem like it.

EDIT: No such thing as bad press. People hated it but it was talked about so they doubled down on it this year.
