I'm also a KC Chiefs fan so I'm quite used to this. People just don't like successful teams from small markets. There is no situation in these peoples minds where we can win fairly lol.

No, people just get sick of the same team winning.

It's that simple.

Hhhmm. That's false lol.
KC Royals, SA Spurs, GB Packers, Cleveland Cavs, New Orleans Saints, Denver Nuggets, Milwaukee Bucks, Miami Marlins, etc. Besides their rivals, nobody really hated them.
.
Even the Chiefs. Nobody besides their rivals hated them. I think it started with them due to officiating. Normally questionable officiating went towards their favor in close games.

Crazy how bad OKC looks and struggles when the refs aren't giving them the favorable whistle.

Hopefully the T-Wolves are allowed to play the same level of defense as Caruso, basically fouling on every play, without getting in foul trouble moving forward.

God, I hate losers that complain about the referees

Anyone with an IQ above room temperature understood Minnesota was gonna win this game - with that being said teams that go up 2 to zero in the best of seven series win 92% of the time

Personal attacks are not allowed. Disagree with the post but don't insult the poster. -b

When you say “anyone… understood MN was gonna win this game” what do you mean? Why?

The good thing is that these people don't even believe their own nonsense, so if you let them screech on forums for a few hours after the outcome they didn't like, they'll generally move on to the next game/series/season like nothing ever happened.

The people who actually believe the league is rigging outcomes via officiating don't post on NBA forums or actively participate in NBA discussions every day because actually believing its rigged kind of ruins it for them.

There are plenty examples of Teams being successful without being accused of enjoying a favorable whistle. Noone said that about the Nuggets, for example. Nor the Raptors, when they won. Or San Antonio.

Its being said about OKC because its obvious. Its clear the fan bubble without deeper basketball knowledge hates the topic. If you can stay half way objective you could at least allow to discuss examples instead of flat out denial and insulting of everyone mentioning it.

It's difficult to agree with that when your opponent is Minnesota

Pretty sure game 4 will be a close one.

We're due 1 in this series. If the Wolves win, we definitely have a series.

Haters gonna hate, bro.

At least with the Lakers and Dubs, people can make the argument that Big Market = Rigging. But most casuals don't even know OKC even has a team or that Shai exists. And the league is gonna rig it for them? Haters seething bro. That's all. Wishing it was their team.

Wolves too.

I'm guessing tonight is going to be a bloodbath, both teams will come out extremely physical and playing hard. Both teams know how important this game is.

It hasn't mattered who we've played, OKC is the smallest market in pro sports.
