The refs' out is "marginal" contact, which is completely discretionary. It allows them to call some contact that is technically a foul, and not call others that have the same amount of contact.

playoffs expose everything. for however great brunson and kat are on offense, they are equally as bad on defense. thibs has to devise an entire defensive system to hide and protect them. the knicks defense is unable to expose anything on indy because those 2 are really bad.
