Why: The lottery screwed the Wizards out of a potential franchise player so they take matters into their own hands to trade up for Ace Bailey at 3.

Mavs out: PJ Washington and Prosper

Why: Mavs will have a logjam at PF/C after drafting Flagg making PJ (and Prosper) expendable. They create cap room to back themselves away from the apron and get another young player at 18 to develop. Oubre can also play a solid bench role for them next year
