Huge loss and it does open the door a lot more for the Knicks. So important defensively, and is a constant threat from 3. Bball-IQ-wise, you trust him so much more than Mathurin.

This one’s not over yet. Anything that gets Mathurin more minutes (Nesmith’s ankle) gives the Knicks something to exploit on offense.

The sad reality for Knicks fans is it's almost impossible to see them returning to the East Finals any time with this core roster, Pistons, Magic will be better next season and there is also the Cavs (Celtics will have a gap year due to Tatum being out)

And Miami and Brooklyn could make moves in the off season too.

That Bridges trade really capped their ceiling unfortunately
