We are ecstatic that he finally decided to do things we've been **** talking about ALL SEASON. It was nice seeing players that weren't gassed at the end.

Kat did nothing in the first half because he didn't insist on running anything through him like always. It isn't until he takes it upon himself when Brunson sits that he shows us his potential. He did the same thing in the fourth quarter of game one and gave us a 14 point lead that Thibs and his darling pg blew. This coach is still a bird and thank God he finally listened to "us". Now only if he can scribble some **** on a clipboard for Kat once in a while to score instead of "the game telling him what to do", it would be joyous.

If we do advance, the Brunson-KAT defensive problem is going to be magnified again with SGA-Chet. Our starters really struggle to defend big PG/stretch 5. Thibs needs to hone in on the proper rotation now, get Deuce and Mitch (and Wright/Shamet???) in rhythm. We can’t beat Indy without them, let alone OKC.

Indy has been pretty effective at stranding KAT and Brunson on mismatches. Brunson is even more vulnerable to them than KAT who can at least man up on smaller players when he gets caught, but Brunson gets abused by bigger players or simply by being out of position and being outquicked.

We can't only rely on only playing them one at at time, so there has to be an optimized set of 3 players to play next to them when they are on the floor together.

And I’m saying the problem is only gonna be magnified vs OKC if we somehow win this series because they also boast the big PG/stretch 5 combo that kills Jalen/KAT.

Indy is just a tough matchup for JB. He was wonderful the first two series. Very bothered in this one.

I should say so far. We've seen him adjust before.

He did score and did not cough up the ball when he came back in with just over two minutes left so that's a positive.

You need ball movement to beat OKC. You can't just ISO your way down their throats and expect a good outcome. Defending them? That's another challenge.

You know what I found really sad. The time Hart or Mikal (or someone) pitched it back to KAT at the top of the arc and he made an open 3. I thought to myself, that almost never happens. Where he gets to spot up and shoot a normal 3 at the line.
