Thibs showed blatant favoritism by benching KAT in Game 2. If he did the same for JB in Game 1, we would have been up 2-1.

But what is done is done. It is just ironic that the guy whom Thibs hung out to dry two days ago was the very one who saved him today. KAT put the team on his shoulders while Deuce, Delon and Landry helped push him up the stairs.

It is sad to think that this may be too late. Carlisle is too smart to lose consecutive games to an inferior coach. Quite unfortunate as I think Delon and Landry would have helped us in the Finals, especially against OKC.

Yeah this next game is gonna be hard. They’ll probably do something new at KAT and he’ll be unready for it bc Tom doesn’t think ahead.

OG is back for me. But Tom and Mikal are permanent members of my list.

If you shield KAT at 4 with Mitch at 5 and/or pair him with 4 other strong defenders by not playing Brunson with him .....

No player went over 37 minutes. We played 9 guys 10 minutes or more.

THIS. is what we have been waiting for from Thibs.

Really need to limit the KAT and Brunson minutes as much as we can. Both are excellent offensive talents with clear faults on the defensive end. You can also see that KAT has played some of his best offensive ball when he’s the guy out there. Brunson has shown plenty of times he can eat when he’s the guy out there

Both will be critical if we want to advance but it is very tough when they’re both out there defensively. Hopefully Thibs learned a thing or two from tonight and we can steal game 4

I honestly hope them blowing the 20 point lead on their home court has a similar psychological impact as our game 1 collapse had on us.

Let’s start game 4 off hot, keep them down, and head back home knotted at 2-2!

He's a frail, thin, finesse type player. Probably why he's never missed a game. He completely avoids contact in the paint.

For Mikal to take the next step, he has to learn how to draw contact. You’d think Brunson could have taught him a trick or two. I would let that go if he would hit his 3s at 40%. He’s got to do better there.

Looking at Mikal's FTA stats.. except for 1 year.. the guy averages around 3 a game.

There’s no giving up and that’s something to admire from this team. Just when you think they’re out of it, they make these nice runs like it’s meant to happen. This series took a 20 degree turn on the Knicks favor and next game will show what we are made of.

Hart and KAT came big when it counted along with Thibs giving Wright, and Shamet the nod. He’s fighting to get wins and he matched up well versus Carlisle substitutions.

100% a foul, but if Indiana had another challange, you know it would have been overturned.

Brunson:

6-18 FGs, 1 assist, 3 turnovers (all in the 3rd quarter).

Not good. But yet we still won.
