The Suns are getting younger and adjusting better. This move would save them a lot of money, since by doing a 3x1 they can reject the Micic/Martin options without creating holes.

Houston has enough draft assets (10, 2027 two best of bkn/phx/hou, 2029 two best of dal/hou/phx, etc) and prospects who are not key pieces yet (Whitmore, Sheppard) to make deals without giving up key pieces.
Dillon is Udoka’s guy. Not dealing him unless something crazy.
One of Eason/Jabari may be dealt due to position overlap but not cheaply.
