Nembhard doesn’t seem to be playing that well for some reason … been quiet
Deuce has been a huge positive factor. He's gotten to the line for some key free throws. In general, his speed really helps keep up with the Pacers on defense. Picks his guy up full court. Disruptive and physical. Endless effort. Always seems like he is the one to launch last second heaves too.
He could knock down a few more 3s.... Saving his hot streak for the 2nd half of the series. Just being a threat helps everyone

One of the most brutal calls I ever seen in all my life, and the travel call. If they let KAT operate on offense, inside out, outside in, there's no way anyone on the pacers stops him, he's to big for the small guys they put on him on the block, and to quick for the big guys on him on the perimeter. 2-2 tomorrow night and Indiana is in shambles worse then the Knicks after game 1

So poetic! But that former poster KnicksGod has transitioned into a new poster with a bowdlerized name, Kick_God
I realize that, but that poem is in Nantucket so I opted not to post it

I like the idea because I can definitly see Deuce being more effective thank Mikal but only few Coaches (Poppovich, etc...) would have the balls and wisdom to do that.
Deuce is more aggressive offensively, creates his shot better and puts alot of pressure on the Pacers defense

Mikal has two game saving defensive plays in this playoffs alone. He should be closing. His length and height make him a bit more valuable than Deuce in closing minutes tho I would consider Deuce to close games based on how well he played that specific game.

Not sure why you think Brunson is some type of egomaniac. He shared the ball with Randle just fine. Towns is just more passive than Randle was too but Knicks gameplan has to be to put the ball in Towns hands more especially if Nesmith is Brunsons primary defender.

I recall being young enough I believed the only word that rhymed with Nantucket was "bucket".

Deuce (and MItch) both close games on the defense end when Thibs calls a time out to put them in, taking Jalen and KAT out.

AND hart or OG were back there to help
That's a key part of it. Bench lineup and fight over the screens so they can't isolate KAT.

-Towns being guarded by a center has helped him offensively tremendously in this series. He is currently underutilized offensively and should be taking way more shots under this circumstance.
-Mikal Bridges should probably work his way to the three point line later in the games. He seems to find the range later in the games but the first half should be focused on finding his mid range shot. If Tyrese is on him it should be an easy look for him.
-Brunson and Towns should be staggered as much as possible. Their lack of chemistry together offensively makes the pairing a usual net negative not even considering how bad they can be defensively. Can cover for their defensive lapses separately but not for long stretches together. Feel like Towns has the better matchups and should be the focal point of the offense a majority of the time even when Brunson is out there.
-Slowing down TJ McConnell was huge. The bench wasn’t amazing but they held guys in check and that was huge for this team and I anticipate we will see guys like Shamet and Wright play again.
We need more Deuce. Just more of him in general. With Brunson or without. He should be playing closer to 30 than 20.
