Reason #2454 on the OKC hate train

Hey I'll own it if you want to call it hate. Personally I want to get to know them more as individuals, let me see who Shae is, Chet etc. This "we're so together we're too cool for solo interviews", I'm not about it. Let the stars be stars.

I agree with you.

Can't remember the last time an NBA team did it consistently.

It's the most annoying thing about the team personally.

I like the team interviews, I don't think it's them being cool. They are humble kids for their age.

I applaud them, they don't talk smack, they don't taunt, they just work collectively as a team similar to a college squad.

I could be wrong but SGA just seems reserved and likes the group interview approach so the focus isn't on him

This only took off because the NBA as they were ascending never gave them national TV games (including no Christmas this year, which was just stupid). That's why you see them wanting to talk to their local beat guy over the national sideline reporters. Blame the league for ignoring them for so long.

This is the saddest cover (Wolves +3.5) in this playoff betting as i really want to see this series reach 6 or 7. Now it's going to be over in 5. :(

You nailed it. NBA chasing that TV money by elevating Oklahoma.

Hey man, you deserve it. It's been too long. Your freethrow merchant will lead you to the promised land. Hopefully your stacked team gets disbanded afterward and they change some rules so this BS never happens again lol.

Pretty sure it started with Chet pulling someone into an interview during his rookie season, can’t remember who (maybe Shai?)

As Kevin Harlan once said: Game! Series!

It's over. The TWolves will be lucky to bring it to 6, but it looks like it's another gentleman's sweep in the conference finals.

Very disappointing effort following game 3. The players can only blame themselves on this one. Pathetic rebounding instincts, poor defense, and Ant didn't show up.

Listening to JDubb speak...he's so mature and well spoken.

So basically OKC is more talented, deeper, smarter, and more poised than any other team.

The league is cooked.

Man what a homecoming for Chet Holmgren. Dude felt right at home considering the amount of high school state title games he played in at the Target center.

Great bench performance for Minnesota wasted by Antman and Randle underperforming. It's a pretty crazy stat to think about where the Thunder were scoring at will with Gobert off the floor and when he was on it was a whole different story.

Minnesota really needs another year because they are just maddeningly inconsistent when it comes to the little things that can win or lose a game whereas the Thunder are able to exploit those little things to their advantage. Yes they do get away with being overtly physical and it's annoying, but you can't be missing rotations and boxouts because those will kill you in the end.

Game 5 should be interesting, but IMO it's a wrap. Hope to be proven wrong, but we'll see.

Minnesota fans who are blaming refs or OKC players should point the finger at their stars.

The Rudy actually showed up, the bench was awesome and everything was set if Ant & Randle would have been stars tonight.

There are no victims in sports ( except Sacramento vs LA in the 00s, lol).

Time to play the best they can to stay alive.

That is a little harsh regarding the general effort. I thought the supporting cast played very hard and very well, and it was the two big guns that let them down specifically.

They (the supporting cast) were hitting all sorts of big shots and OKC were clutching it up well in this game.

Scary thing is the road for him to get back here is going to get harder.

The West has some young teams that are coming

He started playing basketball late if I'm not mistaken, and boy does it show. The good news his only problem is decisionmaking, the bad news is your athleticism doesn't wait around for you to figure out the game.

I dont think Wolves didnt show up on the glass, the ball just bounced okcs way, it happens. When you look all those offensive rebounds, 80% of them were long bounces that you cant control.
I think Minny did solid job on SGA, yes he scored 40 but he shot 13/30 and that is good for minnesota, Williams and Holmgren going off was the problem. Its over, OKC are champs.
Usually im always rooting for young and upcoming teams but sadly my heart cant live with unethical hoops and rest of the cringe stuff. Not a good year for me as NBA fan, **** happens :)
