Turns out OKC is not unbeatable

Pretty evident already by the fact that Denver beats them if they have one bench guy worth anything. Or maybe even just a healthy MPJ?

OKC half court offense can stagnate if they aren't forcing turnovers.

And on defense they play such intense help defense that if you take care of the ball and make the extra smart pass you can beat them if you are hitting your open shots. This is why we saw Jokic able to have success and Luka last year, they can always find the open man, not easy for everyone though.

That being said it is just one game. We see in the NBA these days if one team has a really hot shooting start and the other doesn't it can create a game that gets out of hand fast. OKC is still really good, but they are beatable.

Nuggets pushing 7 games only tells you how ahead of everybody Jokić really is. I don't know, to me it feels like Jokić is most dominant star i watched since Jordan. He just lacks multiple titles for argument. He misses (6? ) several all star/ HOFs like Lebron had to win

Agree. Especially nowadays with 3 point shooting volume and variance I think it makes all teams even more beatable in theory.

Also agree completely on Jokic. Somehow he still feels underrated. I think people are taking some of his recent seasons for granted, these are basically unseen numbers. He averaged a near triple double with a 70 TS% a couple of years ago, literally may never be seen again.

Still only star in past 30-40 years to win title with 0 all star teammates.

I, for one, am for the underdog Wolves. Would like them to provem all wrong. Unlikely, but they are better than they seem. Their last 20 games of the season they were on a tear and also thru the playoffs thus far. Plus, they played OKC solid during the regular season.

Man these Knicks Pacers games are just coin flips. Like either team could be up 3-0 at this point just as easily as any other outcome.

Towns was good today. Shamet and Delon Wright sightings off the bench lol.

They will *probably* win title this year and have opportunity to defend it next year. After that, from their POV; who cares what comes next.
