Wolves have had an extremely strong supporting cast around him these past 3 years. You compare them to OKC right now and it is a quite narrow talent gap. Last year the Wolves were the closest rival to Boston when it came to depth of talent, and they should have put Dallas away. The year before they dealt with injuries and weren't a mature team but still had a ton of talent on the roster.

But I feel like this run of the past few years is going to represent the most talent the Wolves can fit around Antman. They really built him a very strong squad. It is going to be extremely expensive to retain all of this talent going beyond this year (which is a big part of why they traded KAT).

Wolves have horrible PG play, easily the worst PG rotation of playoff teams each of the last two years

Yup. Conley has been crap the better part of this series. He's old and washed at almost 38. He's an inefficient chucker these days. They badly need a productive PG who can actually contribute consistently. Get them into their sets, calm them down during tight games on the road, hit open 3's, etc.

You're basically asking for Haliburton

This is historically terrible basketball

Refs letting OKC straight up mug people with zero consequences, how is this basketball.

A.) Only one of these is a parody account, and

B.) This was tongue-cheek, relax. No need to get triggered over it.

Finch should get a lot of blame. The G.M. drafted Dillingham and Shannon Jr. and Finch barely played them all season. Both are future starters and should be helping right now. Huge missed opportunity to develop them this season. Connelly needs to move on from Conley and force his hand by not signing a different vet. Conley does absolutely nothing on offense and is barely half the defender he used to be. He''s completely washed and shouldn't be starting at this point and this Finch's fault.

Dillingham's like 160 lbs soaking wet. I'm not sure he's exactly playoffs material. He'd have to be like prime Isaiah Thomas (Celtics) or Kemba Walker to play against the all-time OKC defense imo, and even then I'm not sure he meets the bar physically.

I didn't watch this game. Just looking at the box score, I can't believe it was so close. OKC completely shut down Ant and Randle. But I guess the role players got hot.

OKC are nice, but they are an SGA injury away from disaster. They need to spend the motherload looking for a veteran guard who can plug that gap once he's inevitably out for an extended period. Could a Harden trade work? Would he accept a sixth man role now that his window is closing?

Marks strategy to start a foul game yet again without trying to burn any clock is really asinine. It is exactly what opposition wants, you give them a bigger chance by doing that. Either not foul or try to foul at the end, like wtf is he doing? Guy learned nothing.

The Chicago Bulls were a Michael Jordan injury away from disaster.

It's almost as if every team is facing down a disaster if their franchise player gets injured.

It worked in Game 4 though. It was the correct strategy for this one.

rather have ANT be able to have energy to play defense more consistently than being main ball handler,

Which point guard are you thinking of here, and what part of the roster are you sacrificing to fit him in?

Malcolm Brogdon on a minimum contract

I think the Thunder would play him off the floor, and we have also seen in the past that when he is tasked at being a primary playmaker that those teams have struggled badly. Brogdon is a secondary ball handler and always has been.

Well yeah it worked, he had a good hand up 3 with 9 seconds left, but he worsens his hand by doing it. If I am down 3, I am extatic to get 2 points with 0.4 seconds burned on a clock, you putting your opponent closer to stealing it, either do not foul at all or at least burn some clock, man managed to fill how many, 4 trips to the FT line the last 9 seconds? You putting your opponent out of bigger disadvantage. Dude almost burned the game again, wtf is he thinking? Yeah, his guy didnt choke at a ft line this time, so now its correct strategy, strategy is literally the same when he gave Denver the game. I am pro fouling, but burn some time, guy started to play ft loterry when his game is in his pocket almost, ridiculous.
