Presumably they're already in discussions with their potential FA. The same guys that once they finally landed on playing gave the Pacers everything they could handle.
Obviously, it's a very tough sell but leading with "give us a year and maybe then we can get out of our own way" sounds unacceptable to me at least.
You can't say, "the Bucks are ****" in one breath and then say "I expect Horst to sell this team that that gave the Pacers everything they could handle" in the next.
They're either **** and Giannis should demand out, or they've got a team Horst can sell to Giannis. One or the other.
