you grow mentally too though, not just your game. he's still in the last year of his rookie deal. got a whole career ahead of him yet.

While I agree generally, I'm less sold on Ant than I now am on say, Cade Cunningham. Ant's approach is pretty wildly inconsistent and tends to settle when things turn on him. Cade's approach is consistent but the results aren't always there.

Cade keeps attacking and he's developing a midrange.

i feel like he's improved on it already though. sometimes it doesn't happen all at once. and pressure will make you revert to bad habits. as competitive as the west is, the kid made it to the wcf twice in a row now as the best player on a team. that's pretty hard.

He’s getting criticism like Tatum did early in his career. Both got to the conference finals very early but people wanted more from them. Ant will get to the finals soon like Tatum did.

There is people actually getting on Ant for last night because he told the media he just wanted to make the right play instead of forcing it. Same sht people got mad at for Tatum.

Also, Robes, SGA was hidden behind the veil of Kevin Knox that year. It was not yet clear what he had to overcome!

It's weird. The Nuggets had him handled and he's back to being awesome against the Wolves. He looked super straight line, no wiggle in that series.

Spoiler:
Also, KAT tho. At least on offense.

Jalen Williams is basically a young Jaylen Brown. He’ll have a nightmare series but then he’ll bounce back.

we were talking bout his defense to be fair

Pacers only scored 20 points in the entire 4th with towns at center and he matched their scoring output by himself and Mitch played 30 seconds in the 4th! He’s not the problem shammy! Chanel posted the impact stats!!!!

his defense was mostly fine in that quarter. there are times when he appears locked in which makes all the other times that much more annoying.

His whole game is like that though...even on the offensive end he is annoying - its just he is an elite scorer

In the 4th he had back to back bone head plays where he shot a logo 3 then tried to foul bait a middy then followed it by hitting a step back 3 where he was fouled(wasnt called) and a few other impressive buckets

I realize I’m a homer and stan but for him a logo 3 isn’t always a bad shot. Sometimes it can be depending on the situation but usually I’m cool with it. That’s his shot

Ant man messed up game 4 but Wolves going to be really good for years to come. OKC better win now because they can't afford to keep this team together. They're going to have to pay up for Chet and good luck keeping a guy like that healthy year after year.

Youre not wrong. Its hard to keep a super talented roster intact but they have so many picks to churning out talent.

Yeah, i dont hate the logo 3 as much as it bugs me cause its a low % shot and he can score easily from other areas. What does annoy me most is the foul baiting. Even if he is fouled by now he has to know they’re not calling it. They hate you kat. Go up strong with pure intent to score.

I feel like you could guard SGA with your arms tied behind your back, and the referees would still find a reason to call you for a foul

I wonder who else aside from Giannis. Granted, that's a pretty big one.

I mean, there's Durant and maybe even LeBron. But they're more names at this point. How are you beating 2010 when prime LeBron and several others moved around?

I think the Wolves are the one that won't be able to keep everyone.

Free Agents next year.

Randle
Naz
NAW

They're going to have to choose between NAZ and Randle and NAW will get a good pay day from another team.

OKC will have their core for 2 more years.

Edwards will be the best player in the league one day. I have no doubt about that.

Crazy how fans talk to these guys. Kinda makes me think that Obi was right, despite it being a Knicks fan, to tell that dude to come pull up on him at the Ritz if they wanted smoke.
