Basically, Indy is winning with starting lineup, and losing against KAT-wright-shameet-OG-Hart lineup. Carlisle needs to figure out how to match up against Knicks' new bench lineup.

Refs not calling fouls, back court violations, or anything. They flagged Wright's blatant double-dribble but that's about it. They're letting them play.

He’s used to it. The guy is 6’1 with limited athleticism being defended by the teams best and most physical defenders for 48 minutes, 9/10 times bigger and stronger than he is

He gets fouled nearly every play but has learned to score around it

I mean, who can? I've been thinking about hypothetical Caruso-type role players for the bench who can defend elite F/C like Giannis if the Pacers were looking to make moves. I'm not sure they exist lol. I think the Pacers can live with Town's offense like today; sure he gets a decent amount of easy points, but if you can offset 20% with his defensive struggles, 20% with kickouts to mediocre three point shooters, 20% with turnovers you can really offset the impact.

Zero physical advantages and the refs allow him to get bodied and slapped around.

On that last play, slapped in the face...no call...as usual.

Hali should pick up some of Curry’s game. Set more screens yourself and curl around more pin downs/picks when the ball isn’t in your hands. Reggie is right there to teach you too

No one is questioning the effort. But anything less than an NBA Finals appearance will just be frustrating for both Knicks fans and outsiders— will feel like that it’s a cursed franchise and rather than admire them it’s now pity we feel as a basketball fan (full disclosure: i bet on New York to win the series but have been backing Indiana the last 2 games because it looks like the curse is real
