I wonder how many points those 5 or 6 josh hart turnovers lead to tonight aside from the bad D.

He took out KAT during that time. For "rest".

KAT sucked though, I don't want to sugarcoat it. But he takes attentive coaching and he was the only way we win this game, just like he was the only way we win G3.

I’ve been saying that Thibs was ass for 3 years. Hopefully the FO realize that you cannot win with this guy. My goodness just look at his playoff history.

Hart maybe the heart of the team and I do love the desire he has to win but he was such a net negative tonight on both ends of the court that it was sad to watch him get so many minutes.

Bridges is just not good enough on either end right now.

JB is the best Knick since Ewing but he is so bad on defense.

Thibs is Showalter, Knicks need to find a Torre.

Looking at our bloated cap sheet and lack of draft assets going forward - you have to start to wonder if this is going to be the best chance we have in the Brunson era

Extremely disappointing game. Mikal Bridges continues to live between underwhelming and extremely disappointing. He had some moments in the Boston series, but was bad against Detroit and awful against Indiana. A non factor on defense. A miss or a turnover on offense. Those contract extension conversations over the summer are going to be interesting - the Knicks can’t allow him to walk for nothing, but do you really want to pay him $40mm per year?

The coach is who he is. Overall he has done a very good job in his 5 years here, but he’s overmatched here. And his roster just isn’t good enough.

The Spurs did this against the D'Antoni Suns but lol at Thibs for thinking this. Especially after starting with a double big lineup.

your going to have to start asking a legit question...can you win it all with brunson? KAT's minutes were +3. Bruson is the worst defender and they are just exploiting it.

I absolutely love everything that brunson is about but it seems like its always been the case...small non defensive guards just don't win it all in the NBA. You get too far and teams will just pick on you.

Knicks played awful, Thibs coaches like Mr Magoo, refs screwed us, and the announcers could not be any more annoying. This sucked

Thibs' Windows 95 OS froze right before halftime.

Well it was a great season. I'm proud of the team overall. I truly believe that blowing game 1 led to our demise.

Thibs learned the blue print to beat the Pacers in game 3

It was proven to him again in the 2Q of Game 4

Then he decided it wasn't worth it and to go back to playing the regular season starting line up for huge minutes

Halliburton to close out the knicks at msg for 2 years in a row is sickening. And of course they'll get swept by OKC

KAT was still a +3 this game.

Must win game and this is how we show up? The mental lapses are embarrassing.

Not over yet. One game at a time. But we need some guys to hit shots all game.

Not sure where Thibs goes with starters now. The Mitch thing isn't working anymore, on the other hand Hart pretty much lost the game between turnovers and defensive lapses.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

We'll probably win game 5 and 6, only to blow it in game 7.
