As bad as 0g is, Mikal like much worse

But for real, you have to be pretty alarmed at 0g's finishing ability, some of his shots are not close, and he can't get through the playoffs

So yeah ... Knicks an abusive relationship and Dark Ages here, womp womp

Bridges are awful on both sides of the ball.

And Hart was a disaster. You can't win games when two of your starters play like that.

Thibs going with Hart and Mikal too much when the bench guys like Wright and Shamet were bringing defensive intensity and team ball and had us grooving.

I hope we go after Mike Malone.

Issues continue to be this team doesn't play 48 minutes of basketball like most teams. This is crazy after last season.

That was Hart's 2-18.

And shame on you, Thibs. You found the answer and refused to go with it because it wasn't your answer.

Do the knicks actually have it in them to win game 5 at msg? They play like **** at home, and pacers can't miss any shots.

Delon Wright a +11 in 9 minutes lol

game was lost at the end of the 2nd and 3rd quarters (and a lesser extent carrying over to the start of the 3rd). knicks got outscored by like 15 in 3-4 minutes to close the 2nd and 3rd.

and that is despite all the other terrible mistakes, turnovers, bad subs etc. still a winnable game if they didn't crap the bed to close the 2nd and 3rd.

Carlisle is no HOF coach, but as the first NBA coach of Brunson he has his expertise on how to wear down our cap and lead this series.

Roster and talent wise we may have an edge, but in the playoffs it's always a battle between the coaches.

mpharris36 wrote:your going to have to start asking a legit question...can you win it all with brunson? KAT's minutes were +3. Bruson is the worst defender and they are just exploiting it.

I absolutely love everything that brunson is about but it seems like its always been the case...small non defensive guards just don't win it all in the NBA. You get too far and teams will just pick on you.

He’s also turning 29 this summer and is starting to put a lot of miles on his body - he has extremely high usage and gets hit/falls a lot

This is why the Bridges trade was so wreckless. You owe unprotected draft assets in 3 straight years in years when Brunson is going to be age 30/31/32 followed by another when he’s age 34.

There was nothing about last years team, including Brunson, that justified going all in on the roster unless you were getting a Giannis/Luka back.
