14 minutes for Deuce
9 mins for Wright

KAT's statline is good but got in on the act of poor play ... still it's Thibs who made sure he couldn't win this one if he played well even

Mitch -20

Dude is so, so, so bad. Only in a fake league like the NBA would Thibs have won multiple coach of the years lol

They're outplaying us. Absolutely.

its an elite offensive team going against a team with 2 weak defenders and a coach that won't adjust to it.

Thibs relapsed. He wanted to do it HIS way, and HIS way is riding Josh Hart like he's Secretariat.

Carlisle is absolutely a HOF coach. Every team he's coached has made the conference finals (2 different stints with Indy) and he won a ring.

I absolutely love everything that brunson is about but it seems like its always been the case...small non defensive guards just don't win it all in the NBA. You get too far and teams will just pick on you.

It’s very tough to win it all with that archetype. You need a really good coach who can get creative and mask those deficiencies. Unfortunately that doesn’t describe our coach at all

That’s where I’m at. They just played better. Still yet it should be 2-2 and at least we did get a split to force game 5 but, yeah. Not sure how we win 3 straight against them

Thibs is just unable to bench his star players when they're playing like ass.

But for real, you have to be pretty alarmed at 0g's finishing ability, some of his shots are not close, and he can't get through the playoffs

So yeah ... Knicks an abusive relationship and Dark Ages here, womp womp

I knew we were in trouble when we were force feeding OG and Mikal to get us points in the clutch. We needed one of JB and KAT to get hot.

He’s also turning 29 this summer and is starting to put a lot of miles on his body - he has extremely high usage and gets hit/falls a lot

This is why the Bridges trade was so wreckless. You owe unprotected draft assets in 3 straight years in years when Brunson is going to be age 30/31/32 followed by another when he’s age 34.

There was nothing about last years team, including Brunson, that justified going all in on the roster unless you were getting a Giannis/Luka back.

I'm not really worried about the regular season...they will be a consistent 50 win team for the foreseeable future...but they might be capped in the playoffs with how certain guys can be consistently targeted.

I knew the game was over when Thibs didn't go back to Wright/Shamet in the second half. Thibs does the same shittt every time in the 3rd qtr and just leaves the players out there regardless of what's happening in the game. We were getting killed by simple pick and rolls and he just stood there with his arms folded like an imbecile. What a Fn disgrace as a coach. Wright +11. Shamet +6. When these two were on the court, it's the only time we took the lead the entire game. F this man. I want him gone far away from this team as possible. So damn angry. This game was winnable!

he went back to the bench when hali sat early 4th and the pacers were winning without him on the court. but they brought back hali early so thibs brought his starters back and hali wrapped this up. it is what it is.

Carlisle is a first ballot HOF coach man.
