Our team is like that T-wolves, roster built on put off the Celtics (Nuggets in their case) but overall not enough to win a championship.

Whether by coach upgrade or roster upgrade or both, we still have a way to go.

There is no ifs or buts in the world but if Pacers playing against Celtics and we play against Cavs, the narrative now could be a lot different.

Thibs knew it would be a fast game ... he just didn't know to call timeout up 5 with 20 /30 seconds left

Otherwise, he's got everything all figured out. A real savant! He is always studying the lineups very carefully and stuff ... nothing gets past him

I don’t want Mikal back around. Let him walk for nothing if we have to. Do not pay.

We could have won this game if some of Josh's and Mikal's minutes went to Landry and Delon.

At the very least, Josh and Mikal would have been a lot fresher in the 4th.

Or Deuce. Dude was the second hero last game, only 15 mins tonight. Hart played 36, 20 min straight then 16 min straight. Coaching malpractice

I would have more faith we could come back from 3-1 if Thibs actually did something different today and made some adjustments but when Mitch wasn't working he just went back to Hart. I mean that's not an adjustment, that's just going back to what makes you comfortable. A trained monkey could have done that.

They can't let him walk, even if they don't want him back he would have to be traded. We're so far over the cap with no picks that him walking would mean death for the franchise.

Between not calling timeout, and playing Mikal as much as he does at -65, it's a shame Tom isn't already a made man for his efforts ... at least he'd get something out of the deal

It sucks that nobody is benefitting ... then again, Tom is getting paid tens of millions so what does he care

Another joke chapter in Knix history. You all don't deserve it

100%. Leon isn't firing his buddy after getting to the ECF's. I'd be shocked if he had the stones to do that.

Trading 5 firsts for the worst player on the team was probably the death of the franchise idk where they take it from here

The owner could step in. We all saw what not calling a timeout up 5 with 20 / 30 seconds left did to the Knicks' title hopes

That's a very big - and very obvious - deal

The Mikal dumb af turnaround fadeaway middie was the moment the game changed.

There was also a play late in the game where Brunson gave it to KAT on the wing then tried post NeSmith about 5ft away from KAT for about 5sec. KAT is yelling for him to clear out but he doesn’t and the shot clock is winding down so he has to make a cross court pass…. WTF WAS BRUNSON DOING

Deuce at POA, Jb,OG kat and Mitch
Mikal and hart could come off the bench

Our type of offense relies on JB being the best player in the series. Sadly now, he is not.
