Steve Kerr and Rick Celebrini talk about how the accelerated playoff schedule and heavy minutes for Steph in games 6 and 7 led to his hamstring injury.

Nothing about that is going to be different next year, should they make the playoffs. The league is not going to add rest to the playoff schedule.

the league is run by a bunch of idiots starting with that clown disguised a commissioner who's has been doing more damages than the seven plagues, the solution is a forced one: load managamente during the RS like resting steph/jimmy in back-to-back games and similar scenarios (another silliness in the schedule). forfeit a game in a playoff series with a fake minor injury like an ankle sprain or thumb issue to give the players extra dyas of rest. it's the league that basically is forcing stars and superstars to skip games, they clearly don't care about the fans that go to the palaces or the players' wellbeing.
for the warriors, they need to do a better job in recruiting players in the offseason that can better carry the load in the RS when steph or jimmy are left out, especially players who can score consistently. regardless of everything else, a decent team must be able to win games in and there even in the RS without their superstar, you don't need steph and/or jimmy to win every single game. if you do, then the issue is much bigger than the league schedule nonsense.

Before trade Warriors had 6W and 3L w/o Curry. Kuminga and Schroder played really well in these games. Bigger problem was How bad were these players (Schroder) with Curry/Green or Kerr didnt like how they (Kuminga) played with Curry/Green.

again, to me the main issue is green. you can't have a player eating even 25M$ a year who cannot score consistently, he's not a good shooter and cannot finish inside at a good rate. he basically affects all offense and other players around him.

It's kind of funny because Green can normally shoot in the 1st half of games or at the tip and it's because he has his legs. As the game continues and he's anchoring the defense his shot just goes away because his legs are gone. Green might be better as a 20 mpg player in his older age so that he has legs to hit shots. The problem is that we don't really have another rim protector, Looney kind of can do it but he can't really score just like Green.

I really hope next year we start Post so Green can be a pf and then we bring in another big to give us some rim protection.

The problem that no one respect Green shooting. He can hit some 3P here and there, but it wouldn't change opp teams defence schemes against us.

You guys are spot on. Teams love it when he hits his first two three-pointers. They know he’s going to miss his next six or seven.

That's the biggest issue no teams respect him as a shooter or scorer and just leave him to muck everything else up. But he's still our best defender and only real rim protector. He's our free safety that just plays goalie and we have no one that can replicate that. We have no one else on the team that can even match up with the big physical 4s. I'm still shocked we didn't try JK on Randle rather than going to TJD who just stunk.
