Cooper's agent is Sam Rose. Leon Rose's son. The guy who funneled Brunson ti New York. Same thing with OG Anunoby. That's why they were able to assemble this thing in NYC.
At some point the Knicks might give a job to Cooper's dad and he'll find his way to New York in the coming years. It fits their timeline because Brunson will turn 30 soon and if he slows down, that's their window.

Well reports said he just signed with CAA, not with Sam Rose.
And Mavs have basically 8 years of team control on Flagg, by the time he'll be a UFA, Brunson will be past his prime already and Knicks will likely be back where they belong and that's the lottery.
