Re: ATL - Conference Finals
Daigneault leaving Caruso in up 30+ to let him kill my rebounds + assists under makes me want the Pacers black magic to continue.

So are DDV, Randle and KAT not much in terms of needle movers? This trade doesn’t seemed to have changed the fortunes of the Knicks or Wolves that much.

They were traded for each other so it's hard to say. Seems like if anything it suggests they're roughly equivalent.

Am I the only one here who thinks Indiana is winning the title? Maybe in six? I think they match up well with OKC.

Feels like they can if they can limit turnovers. OKC should still be the favorite though

I think so too
Bucks tricked me into being a diehard in 2001, LeBron is the 2nd best player ever, and pizza is awesome.

The clutch play with a variety of guys elevating their games especially when it counts most is where I also think Indiana might win the whole thing.

I've defended Gobert as a player in the past, but it's series like these that gives credence to the idea that he's not a guy you can win with in the playoffs. Dude is the Wolves highest paid player and he was absolutely invisible out there.

Pacers vs OKC will be "unstoppable force vs unmovable object" kind of thing

I think the Pacers win. Between the genuine interference from the basketball gods, their depth, and Haliburton becoming a demigod…seems like stars are aligning.

I think it's great how people are losing their minds over two smaller market teams playing in the Finals. It'd be awesome if the TV ratings were actually good, just to shove it in Silver's ass.

Re: ATL - Conference Finals
Siakam is going to be the key for Indy if he can succeed at the wing to draw out their defenders and give Haliburton and their shooters space.

Re: ATL - Conference Finals
I do think Indy can hang but wouldn't bet on that series going more than 6 in favor of OKC. OKC does thrive on turnovers, while Indy is probably the best at protecting the ball, but I do think Indy's other huge advantage, their pace, won't catch OKC out as often as they do against other teams.
I think OKC can mitigate a lot of driving stuff Indy runs, but they still did give up a ton of wide open 3's to Minnesota with worse facilitators, who only made them pay a couple of games. Wolves have a much better defense than Indy and still couldn't really do much to keep the game totals down.
If Minnesota couldn't do anything with SGA, idk what Indy is going to do.
They did play each other in late march when Indy was playing really well and OKC killed them, so I guess that is the recent data.
Should be really interesting to see how these game are reffed. Both OKC and Indy have kind of gotten a golden whistle throughout.

No, it's Indy's series to lose imo. They are vibing, in the zone, focused, locked in, got their mojo, gelling like Magellan, etc...

I didn't catch much of OKC vs Wolves. Did MN get stomped or were the games good?
OKC-IND will set the tone for the next era of the NBA.

They won't be. Literally no casual fan is tuning into Pacers Thunder.
