Any theories? I've ruled out lyme's disease, basically ruled out gout, trying to think of what else it could be, it's part tiredness but serious joint/back pain. Sudden onset of arthritis?
How old are you? Do you lose strength and wear out quickly? I wonder about polymyalgia rheumatica or maybe myasthenia gravis.
Making extreme statements like "only" sounds like there are "no" Jokics in this draft? Jokic is an engine that was drafted in the 2nd round. Always a chance to see diamond dropped by sloppy burgular after a theft.

Lost a few tennis partners to Post-traumatic arthritis (PTA). Real active guys since youth, but the wear and tear of old injuries caught up to them.

If anyone has any medical tourism, Kobe type stuff or biohacks now is the time
Dave Asprey did some podcasts with the stem cell doctor at Docere clinic in Utah. May be worth a listen. But it is expensive and definitely not mainstream.

Sitting in dermatology office after Mohs procedure to
remove basal cell carcinoma which is quite common and
typically not serious. Oh the joys of old age.

Hey W., try Magnesium oil, I'm not super active but this really helps when I am. Avoid putting it on sensitive areas, cuts or rashes otherwise it will burn.

Would be at least a little funny if thread took a turn into ED, constipation, dementia, etc.
Just checked and according to counter, I've never posted in this thread (which doesn't sound right) but youngster AFM has posted 15 times about his achy joints when the weather turns.

Make your legs as strong as possible; I’ve known a few guys that had TKR and the upfront advice was always to improve the shock absorber muscles as much as possible. I do squats, lunges, leg extensions and leg curls and my knee pain basically disappeared. Mid 50s

Have you ever seen that gorilla on the Gorilla Glue Comercial?
Or was it instead of psych mods?

Fireball is kinda like peppermint schnapps, a shot
on a dare or to be sociable is easily managed. A
long night of multiple shots maybe not so much.
