Yes and no, like yeah sometimes it is a dumb foul

But other times it's like you said, he has the worst whistle in the league, but on both sides. He gets no calls he should get on offense, and gets called for soft bull on the other end.

Take KAT on offense, have him get whacked hard, no call, take that exact same play, same contact, etc have KAT do it theyre calling the foul.

He gets shafted by officials on both ends of the court.

He could have fouled out last night, there were a couple plays late that were fouls on him that they just let go. The man straight up shoved Haliburton in the back on a rebound but luckily the refs swallowed their whistle.

KAT has some of the most idiotic fouls I have ever seen A lot of the time it has nothing to do with frustration fouls, that's just how he is.

He reminds me of the biggest toddler on the playground. Uncoordinated, doesnt understand boundaries/personal space, and that he is bigger and stronger than the other kids. And so when other kids fck with him back no one gaf cause he is always creating a ruckus.

And he is just kinda a dummy. Cause some of those fouls. Theyre infuriating. You cant shove someone kat. Or why tf are you hooking Hali on the lock. Just bust his @ss. Maddening.

I made one mistake.....I got my hopes up one time this season after game 6 against the Celtics. I was super happy, super excited like a teenager and sat down full of excitement and anticipation for game 1 ECF.

After going through this **** for 30 years I rather keep expectations at a minimum. Expecting a loss, a game 6 win in Indy would be monumental and like the complete opposite of the Knicks experience.....you can get your hopes up and be devastated in 36 hours....I choose to keep expecations minimal and have no lows in 36 hours.

Your general observation is 100% accurate----like KAT has the most insane unnecessary push fouls one can imagine but in this specific instance I actually think the contact was completely minimal and Haliburton just acted....I re-watched it multiple times and really can't see much of a push...

Hand on the back is almost always a foul, even if it seems minimal, we just got lucky there for once. The Pacers have been flat out shoving Mitch in the back to stop him from rebounding so they owed us.

In fairness to Hopeless, I don't think it's that crazy to be agitated by this

Knicks have homecourt, the two most talented players in the series and totally gave away G1

Pacers are legitimately good, but we let them off the hook too

It's easy to point to Thibs' winning this or that but a closer look reveals some major issues ... and it is kind of upsetting

For my part, I don't think we can beat OKC but of course you'd like a shot. But when things are mishandled as G1 was, it is kind of deflating ... my guess is G6 is not all that close
