It seems like they found something with KAT + Bench defenders, it's worked every time we've gone to it, and tonight is no different. Also, it seemed like a joke but Precious did give us good minutes, all we need is bodies against this team.

Just because you think Thibs is a good coach, and he stumbled into this lineup doesn’t negate that you might not have noticed for the majority of the season the grumblings from Knick fans have gotten louder. Have a look at any Knick media content creators. From Knicks fan tv to into the Knicks verse or Knicks nation, they’ve said the same thing all year. What are you doubting? Cause I can point you toward a thread that has all the gripes Knick fans have with him. Here are just a few

1. Lack of development of a bench
2. Not knowing how to develop young players
3. Continually falling back to his rigid formulaic approaches (see hart still playing when it should be Mitch, Shamet deuce or Delon eating those minute)
4. Lack of offensive creativity or a playbook to create easy looks for players instead of iso ball
5. Not play zone defense or different defensive schemes to mask the shortcomings of KAT and Brunson

People connected within the organization have also said after the game 4 loss, he’s coaching on thin ice. I want a ring. If he brings us one this year, then I’ll give him his flowers. Otherwise you need to continually progress
But the goal is the ring. There are other avenues other than just these forums that allow the Knick fan voices to be heard, it’s not just forums anymore, do u have a look at Knick social media content creators? It ain’t 1994 anymore bro

We had a months running sample size that the starters defense was ass. We wanted change since it wasn’t yielding great results in the playoffs either.

He made some adjustments out of desperation and it has worked. But sometimes he doesn’t still with his adjustments that are forced out of desperation and/or foul trouble. He often reverts back to his comfort zone.

We want him to stick to what’s working OUTSIDE his comfort zone (2 bigs lineup, going deeper into his bench, calling timeouts quicker as soon as things start to go south, etc.)

I’d agree about him creating extra pressure for himself but he had a really good G4. Last night he was sort of out of it but not like he was proactively terrible.
