Again, this accuser could be full of it, but these same attitudes above make already violated victims afraid to step forward.

I run a mental health facility and work with children, adolescents, and adults. Unfortunately I've had a lot of cases of rape, sexual assault, and abuse. There are a lot of people who wait years or never come forward at all.

I agree when it comes to regular people. It's a tricky situation when it comes to people with millions of dollars you can go after.

Could not disagree more about this. If you have experience war, violence, rape or anything dramatic you will quickly learn it takes time to digest and be mentally able to talk about.

Even then how can we separate facts from fiction. Some people might hear this and then say the same thing happened to them. That's why certain details shouldn't be made public so fast imo.

The likelihood of multiple people lying, and coordinating their lie, is infinitesimally small. If someone has multiple accusers, they're almost always serial predators.

Correct, and just to expand a bit for multiple accusers to be false you need:
A. multiple people willing to lie;
B. multiple people willing to coordinate the lie;
C. Multiple being able to issue a credible lie; In this credibly lying means being able to say I was alone with Person X at Location Y.

As you said, the likelihood of all three being true is infinitesimally small. Most people are decent and aren't willing to tell lies like this, which limits Point A. People who are willing to lie like this are usually terrible at working together, which limits Point B. And the number of people who can even make the lie is small, point C.

I'm going to assume guilt when multiple people come forward with the exact same story.

Straight up, you'd have to be a braindead GM/NBA franchise to even take Zion at this point. Like any team taking him on should be demanding EVERY positive asset NOP has and demanding they take back every bad contract on top of it.
