I didn't know which thread to post this in, but here's a good article on the state of the NBA, based on the current CBA. Do not despair, Wolves fans!

If I am not mistaken Ryan was architect of DEN defense. If so he might be a useful addition to MIN coaching staff.

They were 15th the year before Ryan, 15th his first year, 8th his 2nd year and 22nd this year.

I have less than zero interest in bringing him back. His name carries much more weight than its ever earned. Every time the Wolves (or Gophers) struggle, people will be calling for him to coach.

If Karl is missing coverages and not able to explain what he did wrong, that’s on him. But man I feel bad for Towns cause all the criticism on socials is almost all personal attacks and unwarranted.

Critique his game all you want. But the personal attacks calling him zesty, saying he’s built wrong, etc. are just disgusting honestly.

Kat averaged 25-12 according to what I heard and saved them. This is with limited touches because his pg is a ball hog and doesn’t run any two man game with him. Not to mention the poor defense from Brunson.

Idk maybe I’m wrong but ppl just piling on him with the personal attacks is just nasty.

They did the same type of thing to Julius, which I think affected many Timberwolves fans' perceptions of him after the trade. It's gross.

Are they pulling an Nico? Maybe they will hire Finch once he is fired. Looks like failing in Semi of NBA finals is worse that being last. Billups still have a job and probably won't be fired until Portland makes the playoffs

Discussion on Dane Moore's show today. Dane and Chris talk about the teams that would hypothetically target a Julius Randle. The three Dane mentions are Miami, Chicago, and Phoenix.

Personally, I immediately started thinking about Chicago.

Lonzo + _____?
Patrick Williams?
Zach Collins?
Kevin Huerter?
Jalen Smith?

I remember people were using losses to Indiana as a reason to fire Finch....

To be fair, wasn’t one of them with their entire starting lineup out?

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
