That’s not a good season for me.

Team needs major changes. Major. End of story. I don’t want to hear about moral victories. You’re either a winner or a loser. We are a loser - and a loser who has been clowned by the same team two years in a row.

This wasn't the same team as last year, healthy or not.

this team has a lot of chemistry issues. first year together so its whatever i guess.

Bridges with the same crappy defense in game 4 which is why Haliburton went off again. Why weren't they playing Haliburton close and wearing him down like the Pacers did with Brunson?

Towns was just horrific. Missed free throws. Missed shots. Missed assignments.

Brunson wasn't aggressive enough and let Nemhard get into his head, and took a lot of questionable shots and made lazy passes.

OG and Robinson were the only bright spots in the starting lineup.

Then you have Hart, who was once again a disaster whenever he was in the game. He plays so unsure of himself, and his indecisiveness lead to some bad turnovers.

And I left Thibs last. He needs to go. He is too stubborn and rigid in his coaching. He doesn't adjust unless he is forced to. He doesn't run actual plays. And he doesn't read the game or look for any mismatches. We need a coach to bring out the best in these guys. And he isn't it.

Bridges played better D than we give him credit for. KAT dropping is what got Hali going.

because your likely never going to be as healthy...and have the pathway this year.

you have to take every advantage and we fell short.

I also don't see the FO making the necessary changes to win a championship....and yes the coach is part of the issue. Not the only issue but certainly part of it.

Shame at you folks who are sh*tting on our guys.

I'd love to see each and everyone of them back next season. Also Thibs, but in the FO.

KAT and JB, it has been an honor sinking with this ship. We will be back stronger.

Leon preemptively blew his load on a perennial underachiever. Leon needs to swallow his pride and pivot from Kat if at all possible this off season.

KAT's offense outweighed his defense all year long.

He was our best player in the series until tonight's game, where he was obviously terrible.

Carlisle made an adjustment and switched Nembhard on Brunson.

He ran circles around Thibs all series long. When it comes to chess, Thibs gets outclassed every single time

In that time, they've never...not once...won the game after the "if they just play like that again" game. I don't know why, but you could set your watch by it.

Something was off about them all year.

I hate this year's team for how bad they hurt us.

But at the same time, I love what this team gave us. They gave us an Eastern Conference Final. They gave us so many heart attacks with their comebacks and dodged bullets, and fight.

They could only hurt us because what they showed us when they were locked in was so damn good.

Changes are coming. While I don't love this team like last year's, there's no doubt I will always remember them.

May this be the worst year for this nucleus, whatever it morphs into this summer.

It's been the best for the Knicks in 25 years.

Appreciate you Knicks

I think that is the plan for the front office this offseason because you need to have stability with your core. Now is the offseason to build your depth and this will be the hardest part for Leon. It's easy to go out and get a KAT cuz he is a perrenial All-Star. The difficult part is finding role players with limited space to work with.

Indiana just deployed an 11 man rotation in Game 6. OKC has a ton of depth.

Yup. Indy wasn't that good last year. They're really good this year, so . . . very different series. Last year we were clearly the better team. We were just really banged up. This year, hate to say it, but they were the better team.
Go Knicks!! Go Mets!!

As for the Jets . . . just keep it entertaining.

This kinda reiterates my post from 2 games around being sad realizing that Brunson isn't the perfect player we thought he was. Idk if he's getting worse or we just didn't notice the flaws as much the first 1 or 2 seasons. I remembered him being much smarter with the ball than he has been this year.. idk what's up with the kid hopefully he fixes it next year...

Ugh.. back to "next year" hopes and dreams.

I also want to point out that we loss 3 major players that were consider tough: Randle, DDV and iHart compared to KAT (who the league considers soft), Mikal (does not like contact).

Kat average 25pt and 12 rebounds a game in this series, he is not soft. We are not going to get a better big man then him.
