kat is staying for sure. the team is fine, jsut need some other bench players, the team is only together one season so they only will get better. they didnt get to figure out how to play together just yet, only in small instances.

I think you have a point but it's just not feasible to play Karl and Jalen together. The numbers are damning.

The coach gotta go. Another coach can make this work, there's been plenty of teams with success with 2 bad defenders.

But obviously if it's those 2 they're keeping Brunson. He's the Captain and took that team friendly deal, zero shot he gets moved

Pacers don’t have defenders idc how much yall want to paint em that way. They both to get smoked than got out coached. We were able to defend then the man wait till 4th quarter to have Mitch guard the screens instead of Kat this is dumb lmao. The man his whole tenure bad with on the fly adjustments and it’s going to cost us because they have connections to Thibs. Reminds me when Daniel Jones won a playoff game and giants kept him and it held franchise back for 3 more years.

Not playing your bench all season to build chemistry and confidence and then throwing them into the conference finals and then mocking them for not coming through for you is just straight pure evil $hit. Then on top of that saying our bench sucks and Thibs did everything correct is just straight pure stupid $hit. This coach sucks. Period. Sure Brunson loves playing for him cuz he's known him his entire life. That doesn't mean you throw away all your other players prime years to make one player happy. Move the F on from Thibs. I’m like does he have a small wingspan or he’s that far off playing fake defense. Either way you was ring his defense ass but Thibs not off the hook. If Thibs had the balls to limit Jalen's constant ISO running down the clock hero ball nonsense, develop the bench throughout the season, and have a specialist work with Kat to play even average defense we'd be in good shape. Fix those 3 things and we'd be money IMO.

My thing is that we didn’t have a problem hiding Brunson for the past 2-3 years until we brought in KAT. So it’s hard for me to blame Thibs. And mikal hasn’t played defense in years either.
