Clearly Halli, unless you mean something like who had a bigger cultural impact or something. Vince was a nice player, but you can't build a contender around him as the best player.

Hard to envision a pro-Vince argument. Maybe specifically in the 00-01 season, though, because he was a monster then. Never came close to that level of play in any other year, though, so it'd be pretty specific and isolated. That's the one year where he was really living up to his potential, banging 3s and attacking the rim effectively in the same season. He fell off considerably after that, except for the partial season immediately after the trade to the Nets.
