Damn I didn't expect it at all. He did a lot for us and he did change this franchise for the better, and he deserves a lot of props for that. We had a lot of trash before Tom.

I need to give props to the FO. It's a risky move, but I think this is what we need to take the next step. I hope they get it right.

Wow. Hopefully the guy they find is the guy that can take us to the promised land. I don't think Thibs was that guy but I'm grateful for all the work he did to put this franchise back on the map. This job will be a coveted one leaguewide.

I love all that Thibs brought, but I think if they were going to do this, now is the right time.
