Basically, he wasn't able to shape the collection of incompatible players that Ishbia assembled into something remotely close to a cohesive unit. It also didn't help that his rotations and lack of bench use hurt the team. It also doesn't help that he has three of the league's biggest prima donnas on the same roster.

He lost the team somewhat early in the season and that's more Durant's doing than anyone else. They refused to listen and buy in to his scheme and just chose to play how they wanted, which naturally ended up in failure. He was a fall guy and it's a damned shame he had to put up with it from people who are supposed to be professionals.

There was a rumor that Quinn took himself out of the running. Unofficial though, so who knows.

It's sad to think that somehow, some way... we had it better with Sarver. And that thought just gives me the heebie jeebies, especially given the animus I had toward him during his ownership tenure.

I've yet to see anything, but I wouldn't be surprised to find it that long at a minimum. I just hope Ishbia isn't stupid and gives him a five as he did with Budenholzer.
