Trade 1
8 + Knicks 27(top 10 prot) to WIZARDS for 6
They move up in the Draft to select Fears. The WIZARDS get a future FRP (of course, they only do this if they are not in love with any prospect)
Trade 2
Cam Johnson+ 19 to HOUSTON for 10/Landale/A.Holiday
NETS do it to select Essengue who is rumored to be their favorite.
HOUSTON gets a starting caliber wing, who is elite in his biggest flaw (shooting) in exchange for dropping a few spots,
Trade 3
Nic Claxton + 27 to LAKERS for J.Vandervilt/Maxi(Cut)/Knecht+ Lakers31..
get another unprotected future FRP, for Claxton who I suspect is not essential to their long term plans, a shooter early in his rookie deal and perhaps Vandervilt may seem like he's overpaid, but he's only 26 and a defensive ace.
For the LAKERS it's getting an ideal fit for Luka and JJ's switch-based defensive system, plus they're entering the late first round of the Draft, which is loaded with center prospects or some high-upside defender.
6..J.Fears
10.N.Essengue
26. Hugo González
36.H.Yang

Re: Nets Draft Night
Trade #1: Intriguing for both sides, by why does Washington do it? If they aren't in love with any prospect, why are they only trading down to #8?
Trade #2: Sure but this needs to be after Giannis stays and KD demands to not go to Houston. Houston isn't giving up those avenues for this.
Trade #3: Claxton doesn't have this value.
