Then they proceed to propose Flagg for Donovan Mitchell, who's....under contract for 2 yrs (+1).

So according to them

Dallas out:
Cooper Flagg
Daniel Gafford
PJ Washington
Caleb Martin

Dallas in:
Donovan Mitchell
2028 first-round swap (via Lakers)
2030 first-round swap (via Lakers)
2031 first-round pick (via Lakers)

Well that seems insanely bad from Dallas's perspective.

This is a horrible trade

Sounds about right for Nico though

Lol this is so ridiculous. Let’s talk about the best places for Giannis that aren’t Milwaukee but let’s not care about who they have to give up for Giannis because we don’t want to make it sound like he’s better off just staying in Milwaukee. Brilliant stuff

Gambo linking KD to San Antonio also seems encouraging on the Giannis front, particularly in the context of the Houston report about the "recent uncertainty in the past week of his actual availability".

Might not mean anything, but maybe a breadcrumb.

Bucksrealm is the one who posted an old pic of Giannis in NY as if it was new and blocked everyone who called him out on it.

HOWEVER, this is a true story that was on WISN.

Yeah, I don't even follow that account because it's usually crap but saw Giannis liking that tweet and perked up. Could just be Giannis liking the post because of the building of homes in Milwaukee, but it does say all the more reason he's not going anywhere in the tweet he liked.

He's really invested in Milwaukee, personally and financially. We all wish he'd just come out and say he's not leaving but I guess he needs to leave his options open, he can't sign an extension for another 16 months. He's going nowhere.

It is really weird how people feel like he's obligated to come out and publicly give some sort of, what? Loyalty pledge? Dude has never, ever indicated that he wants to be anywhere else. That doesn't mean it will never change, but I'm wondering at what point do people actually believe his actions and words over the course of *checks notes* the entirety of his adult life?

yeah its not impossible or even improbable he might be considering being someplace else..... but actually coming forward to management or asking for a trade may be spiritually impossible from him from all we know. i could see him even having ethical issues with that process.

you just gotta love the guy for who he is as it relates to that part of it.

Based on his actions and how involved he is within the community there; he really seems to love Milwaukee as his adopted home. I'm sure he thinks about potentially being elsewhere from time to time which is normal.

No announcement to me = business as usual.

Time to focus on how bad we need to be to move on from Doc.

Giannis not wanting to leave. The Bucks not wanting to trade him. The Bucks future assets.

Exactly. Why would he be obligated to respond to fake rumors... EVERY SINGLE SUMMER! Just because some people get caught up in it every summer doesn't mean he has to send a calm down message every time there's a new rumor.

I guess this is giving me a small view into the life with a insecure partner.

Or Giannis could come out and just say Milwaukee is where he wants to be and shut down all the endless speculation.
