if play-ins had been a thing in 2013-14, we might have won the championship! The way the Knicks finished that year, they were a better team than the 2012-2013 squad and were ready to come for revenge against the Pacers

I would rather eat a metal pinecone than watch Woody run this team again.

Basically all the things people hate about Thibs -- Overplaying stars, poor adjustments, late game execution woes. Added benefit of not maximizing a single player. Maybe with the exception of JR and Chris Smith...

Woodson got both Steve Novak and Chris Copeland paid because of what they did as Knicks

Lin got Novak paid. Cope was good at what he did. Basically in the same mold as John Wallace, Lee Nailon, Kevin Knox.

i grew up on riley and jvg. which is why i embraced thibs. that's probably the top 3 in my lifetime in that order with an honorable mention for "rasheed, you wanna play some?"

all time it seems like red but i've only watched limited tape from those days

I just noticed...no D'Antonio in the poll....but a Chaney is...hmmm, interesting

I didn't put a lot of thought on the bottom 5 selection. Mostly by wins and percentage. I wouldn't read much into my choices.

I'm overdue to put up round 3, but I've been distracted.

Well, D was one of the most interesting coaches the Kncks had considering the acclaim he had coming in....I don't even remember Chaney...

Anyone who voted for Riley should remember that he FAXED his resignation to the Knicks, his teams lost many playoff games to the Bulls due to missed FTs (despite Riley allegedly preaching focus - what's more focus than a FT?), and, in the biggest Knicks game in decades (vs. Houston in the Finals), he left in Starks for a 2 for 17 performance despite having one of the best catch and shoot shooters in the game (Ro' Blackman) sitting on the bench until it was basically over. If you go back and watch the game, you'll see Starks wasn't "creating" - he was simply missing many open shots - Blackman should have been in there. Riley was not good for the Knicks.
