No, but I'm sure you'll tell us. That basketball can only be done one way. We can't have a Finals right now featuring a team built on a smothering defense and another around brilliant offense execution.
That GSW couldn't be a dynasty playing non-shooting bigs next to non-shooting Draymond.
Luka and Kyrie could never hold up defensively yet this is the very reason why they were in the Finals a year ago and the issue against even the champs wasn't defense but rather offense.
Games aren't played on paper. So if that's how basketball works, I'd re-check your manual.
Dallas made it to the Finals with Luka-Kyrie because they funneled everything to the center (the classic Gobert Jazz strategy to make up for terrible defense that works until you play a team that can play 4 40% three point shooters) and then managed to blind luck past OKC. When they faced a good team with average luck, they were so outclassed that they had to be scraped off the pavement.
Oh Boston beat them soundly. But Dallas defended them just fine. Dallas lost because of their offense. Nor did they blind luck past OKC, but of course you have to call it that because otherwise your rigid worldview falls apart so you invent a narrative.
Which is the point, you think you can look at a sheet of paper and know exactly what's going to happen then you lecture everyone else that they don't understand basketball.
When history is littered with examples(I just gave you a few recent ones) of teams succeeding when your rigid belief system insists they couldn't.
Yes, you can go back to pre 2015 to give examples of non-shooting teams winning titles because teams were terrible at shooting pre Curry/Harden and didn't understand that you needed a three point shooting PF.
If you go to recent history, you instead get examples of title teams with these guys at PF
Pascal Siakam/Chet Holmgren
Jayson Tatum
Aaron Gordon (but had literally Jokic at center to make up for the shooting)
Andrew Wiggins
Giannis (but had Bropez at center to make up for the shooting)
AD (The Bubble was the first and last time in his career that he shot well)
Pascal Siakam (Marc Gasol was also at center, giving them tons of five out options)
Kevin Durant
Kevin Durant
Kevin Love
Draymond Green (the only non-shooting PF in the last 15 years to win a ring)
Kawhi Leonard (They did have Tiago Splitter play SOME with Duncan as this was kind of PF by committee as they had so many forwards to do tons of lineup options. Other than Splitter, all of their guys were elite shooters)
LeBron
